Li Xiaobai, male, born in May, 1952, senior English teacher, party member, CPC. 1985 graduated from Suzhou Institute of Education in Suzhou. He has served as chairman, vice-chairman, principal and secretary of the school trade union. He is currently the secretary and principal of the Party branch of Huangdai Middle School in Jiangsu Province. The famous president of Suzhou has won the title of excellent educator in Suzhou for many times, and the outstanding party member in Suzhou is the representative of the first and second Party Congress in Xiangcheng District. In 2006, he served as the representative of the second party congress in Xiangcheng District; In 2008, he was the representative of the 14th Suzhou Municipal People's Congress.
