Materials submitted by training institutions

I. Conditions for applying for the establishment of an art education and training institution

1, bid report. Including: organizers, training objectives, scale, level, form, conditions, internal management system, fund raising and management.

2. Certification materials of sponsors' qualifications.

3, the source of funds, the amount of funds and valid documents, and indicate the property rights.

4. Training institutions shall not enroll students during the preparation period.

5, apply for the formal establishment of private education and training institutions.

Second, handle the documents needed by art training institutions.

The registration of enterprises (such as training schools or centers) engaged in for-profit private schools (including cultural and educational private training and education institutions) shall be included in the scope of pre-permission, and its establishment registration shall be subject to the pre-permission of the education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level. If the administrative division of enterprise name is directly crowned, it shall be examined and approved by the municipal education administrative department, and if the administrative division of enterprise name is crowned, it shall be examined and approved by the district education administrative department.

Without the approval of the examination and approval authority with administrative examination and approval authority as stipulated by laws and regulations, and obtaining the corresponding administrative license, the name shall not contain contents and words such as "university", "college", "high school", "kindergarten" and "junior college" that may cause misunderstanding or ambiguity to the public.
