[2020] No.21), guide students and parents to resolutely not participate in illegal competitions held outside the list, and effectively reduce students' excessive extracurricular burden.
When holding a crowd gathering competition, the organizer shall report to the local COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control department for approval.
Application conditions for national competitions for primary and secondary school students
The "Measures" have made very detailed and specific provisions on the main body of the organization, the basis for application and the relevant materials to be submitted, that is, strictly regulate the competition activities from the source. The "Measures" propose that the main body of the competition organization should be a formal organization compiled by the central government and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and must have legal personality.
The organizer must have a good reputation and no bad record. The validity grade of the competition basis documents shall not be lower than the departmental regulations or ministerial-level normative documents of the State Council. The competition application materials must include the applicant's legal person registration certificate, the specific implementation measures of the competition, relevant commitments and other contents.
