Second, the enrollment conditions
School-age children born between September 20 18 and August 3 1 9 are healthy physically and mentally and can participate in group activities normally.
Third, the enrollment scope
1. Children's household registration is Yangqu County household registration.
2. Parents of young children have real estate in Yangqu County (real estate license or purchase contract).
3. At least one of the children's parents is a regular employee in Yangqu County.
(Those who meet one of the above conditions can register)
Fourth, the charging standard
According to the document [2065 438+07] 169, the education fee is charged in 300 yuan per student per month.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) registration process
Announce the enrollment brochure → parents register online → kindergarten audit materials → computer allocation → publicize the admission list → go through the admission procedures.
The specific process is as follows:
(a) announced the admissions brochure
From June/KLOC-0 to June 7, the enrollment brochure was published in front of Jinxin Kindergarten and its surrounding communities, and it was also published in the "Enrollment brochure" column of "2022 Public Kindergarten Registration System" on the website of Taiyuan Education Bureau ().
(b) Online registration of parents
From 8: 00 a.m. on June 8th to 6:00 p.m. on June 4th, parents of school-age children who meet the registration requirements log on to the website of Taiyuan Education Bureau (), click the icon of "2022 Public Kindergarten Registration System", enter the column of "Online Registration", and fill in and submit the information truthfully in the order of reading terms → application materials → preview materials → completion of registration to ensure that the information is correct.
Tips:
1. After successful submission, please take a screenshot, take a photo or print the registration number in time, and take it with you when reviewing the materials. Please remember!
2. Our garden only accepts online registration and does not accept any other forms of registration.
(3) Audit materials
1. Parents of children who have successfully registered will log on to the "Examination Notice" column of "2022 Public Kindergarten Registration System" on the website of Taiyuan Education Bureau () after 6:00 pm on June 9 and 6:00 pm on June 2, respectively, to check the examination list and time. Parents of children who successfully registered after June 13 and parents of other unapproved materials should come to the park to review the materials at 5 pm on June 14.
Review materials: June 12, June 13, June 14.
The specific time of coming to the park: 8: 30 am-11:30 am.

2. According to the time and requirements published online, the applicant brings the following materials to the park for review:
(1) Original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate (A4 paper);
(2) The original and photocopy of the household registration book (the head of household's home page, children's page and parents' page are printed on a piece of A4 paper, and both sides can be used);
(3) The original and photocopy of the child vaccination certificate;
(4) The original of the parents' real estate license or house purchase contract and a copy of relevant pages (A4 paper);
(5) Proof of the work unit of the parents of young children (provided by the official staff of Yangqu County government agencies and institutions, the official seal of the unit shall be affixed, and the leader or full-time leader in charge of personnel of the unit shall add comments);
(6) Screenshot photos or printed copies of online registration serial numbers.
3. Audit method: Our park will audit the materials submitted by the registered children item by item (for children whose parents are regular employees in Yangqu County, go to the county to verify the materials).
Tips:
1. Parents who have successfully registered are requested to bring relevant materials to the park for review according to the review time published in the "Review Notice" column of the "2022 Public Kindergarten Registration System" platform on the website of Taiyuan Education Bureau (because of the large number of applicants, our park will not call one by one). Those who fail to come to the park for examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically, and the kindergarten will no longer accept them.
2. If the audited information is inconsistent with the online registration information, or the materials are incomplete, the computer allocation qualification and admission qualification will be cancelled.
3. Parents of young children who came to the park to review the materials (only one person did not leave within 14 days) strictly implemented the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the park: they must wear masks all the time, take their temperature at the gate of the park, scan the code (scan the place code, show their hygiene code and boarding code), and produce a negative report of nucleic acid test within 5 days, with the interval above 1 meter, otherwise they will not be accepted.
(4) computer distribution and publication of the admission list
First, determine the number of children of official staff in Yangqu County. If the number of applicants is equal to the number of enrollment plans, all students will be admitted and computer allocation will no longer be carried out; If the number of applicants is greater than the number of enrollment plans, computer allocation will be carried out; If the number of applicants is less than the enrollment plan, the vacant degree will be distributed to other registered children through the computer.
At 4 pm on June 15, a parent was assigned to the computer at Yangqu County Education Bureau. At 4: 20 p.m. on June 16, a child was assigned to a computer in Yangqu County Education Bureau. At that time, it will be conducted under the supervision of the notary office, and at the same time, county people's congress representatives, CPPCC members, supervisors, community representatives and parents' representatives will be invited to participate. The allocation results and admission list will be announced on the spot, in the "Admission Results" column of the "2022 Public Kindergarten Registration System" platform on the website of Taiyuan Education Bureau () and at the entrance of the kindergarten.
Tips:
1. When allocating places by computer, a formal admission list and a 10% replacement list will be generated at the same time (if children who formally enter the park give up admission, they will be replenished from the replacement list in turn).
2. If one twin is successfully assigned, the other twin will be admitted at the same time.
(5) go through the admission procedures.
On June 24th, at 8: 30am, all the parents of the children who entered the park came to the park to collectively handle the related matters. If it is not handled within the time limit, it will be deemed as a waiver.
