Behavioral axiology insists on normative illegality and subjective illegality in substantive illegality, while result axiology insists on infringement of legal interests and objective illegality in substantive illegality.
Behavior without axiology thinks that a crime is committed because the behavior has no value, and the result without axiology is the result of judgment. Look at whether the behavior is illegal from the result of evil, and then judge whether it is a crime according to whether it is responsible.
Worthless behavior is a negative evaluation of the behavior itself cut off from the result. The worthless result is a negative evaluation of the infringement or threat (danger) of legal interests caused by behavioral reality.
