Moral quality is an inherent characteristic condensed from a person's behavior thought and an important standard to measure a person. Therefore, whether it is moral education or rule of law education, the emphasis should be placed on moral quality, so that junior middle school students can be noble in morality, abide by public morality, abide by laws and regulations, be strict with private morality, and establish positive and correct ideas.

(B) the concept of the rule of law

The concept of rule of law is a kind of cognition of the value orientation of legal function formed by ordinary people from legal norms and legal events. In a socialist country like China, people, as masters of the country, should cultivate and establish the concept of the rule of law. Really abide by the law, respect the law, use the law in daily life, give full play to the positive role of the law in society, correctly exercise legal rights and fulfill legal obligations, and become a qualified socialist successor.

(3) Healthy living

The purpose of all concept training is to practice in life, so moral quality and the concept of rule of law are meaningful only when they are implemented in life, so a healthy life is an important criterion to test the above two items. In other words, through the education of morality and rule of law, students should form a healthy personality, develop healthy living habits, love life, care about the country and society, and be able to correctly understand and plan themselves.

The Importance of Morality and Rule of Law Course

At present, most of the knowledge students learn in school is pure theoretical knowledge, and many of them may not be needed after entering the society, but there are also many knowledge that society can't learn, such as morality and rule of law, ideological and political courses and so on.

"Morality and Rule of Law" course teaches students the bottom line of being a man, the moral qualities that students should have in dealing with others, and enables students to know themselves in their study and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values in their study.

More importantly, this course provides students with some legal knowledge, so that students can be familiar with the law and use the law to protect themselves and safeguard their rights and interests when necessary.
