Teacher qualification certificate:
People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers' Qualification Certificate is a national vocational qualification certificate established by the Ministry of Education according to People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers' Law, Regulations on Teachers' Qualification, Regulations on the Management of Teachers' Qualification Certificate and National Vocational Qualification Catalogue. It is a legal certificate that the holder has the qualification of a teacher recognized by the state.
The teacher qualification certificate shall be uniformly printed by the education administrative department of the State Council, numbered by the teacher qualification accreditation institution in accordance with the provisions of the state, and come into effect after being stamped with the official seal and steel seal of the corresponding government education administrative department.
China citizens who are engaged in teacher work in schools and other educational institutions at all levels must obtain teacher qualifications according to law and hold corresponding teacher qualification certificates. Training certificates and certificates issued by various social training institutions cannot be used as teacher qualification certificates.
Certificate management:
According to the relevant provisions of Chapter V of the Measures for the Implementation of Teachers' Qualification Regulations, the education administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels should strengthen the management of teachers' qualification certificates.
A copy of the Teacher Qualification Application Form shall be stored in my personnel file for those who have obtained the teacher qualification, and the remaining materials shall be filed and kept by the teacher qualification accreditation institution. Teachers' qualification accreditation institutions set up a database of teachers' qualification management.
If a teacher loses his/her qualification, the education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level where he/she belongs or where his/her household registration is located shall, in conjunction with the original issuing authority, go through the cancellation procedures in accordance with the authority for determining the teacher's qualification, recover the certificate and put it on record. Those who lose their teacher qualifications may not re-apply for teacher qualifications.
According to the Regulations on Teacher Qualification, the education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall, jointly with the original issuing authority, revoke its qualification, collect the certificate and put it on record. If a teacher's qualification is cancelled, the teacher's qualification shall not be restored within 5 years from the date of revocation.
Those who use false qualification certificates, once verified, shall be dealt with as practicing fraud and defrauding teachers' qualifications, and shall not apply for teachers' qualifications within five years, and their false certificates shall be confiscated by the administrative department of education. Alter, buy and sell teacher qualification certificate, shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
Certificate collection:
The teacher qualification accreditation body shall, according to the evaluation opinions of the teacher qualification expert evaluation committee, make a conclusion on whether to recognize the teacher qualification within 30 legal working days from the date of termination of the application period, and notify the applicant of the results. Those who meet the statutory requirements shall be awarded the corresponding teacher qualification certificate.
When you receive the teacher qualification certificate, you also need to receive the teacher qualification application form. This form is made in duplicate, one of which is one of the legal documents with teacher qualification, and is deposited in the applicant's personnel file; Copies shall be filed and kept by authorized institutions.
