In order to thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents in the new era and attract and introduce a group of urgently needed high-level talents to serve the economic and social development of our city, according to the spirit of "Implementation Measures for Introducing" Sweet City Talents "in Neijiang City" (Neijiang City [2019] No.33), Neijiang City, Sichuan Province decided to launch an open recruitment campaign for "Sweet City Talents" in the first half of 2022. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.
I. Position and Location
A total of 434 professionals in urgent need were selected this time. See attachment 1 for details of selected units and posts.
Second, the recruitment target and conditions
(A) the choice of objects
Neijiang City is in urgent need of professionals and meets one of the following conditions:
1. Professionals with master's degree or above.
2. Professionals with associate senior and above titles, technicians and above professional qualifications, and honorary titles of municipal and above talents.
3. Other qualified and urgently needed professionals identified by the talent work leading group of Neijiang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
(2) Basic conditions
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality.
2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China and the socialist system.
3. Age requirements: the age of master students is not more than 35 years old (that is,1born after May 30, 987), and the age of doctoral students, professionals with associate senior and above titles, technicians and above professional qualifications, and honorary titles of talents at municipal level and above is not more than 40 years old (that is,1born after May 30, 982).
4. Have good political quality and moral conduct.
5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.
6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post.
7. Other qualifications that meet the requirements of laws, regulations and posts.
(3) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted.
1. People who have received various criminal punishments in China, people who have been expelled from public office, and people who have been expelled from the Party.
2. Persons who violate the rules and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels during the prohibition period.
3. Persons who violate the law and discipline and are under review.
4. Persons who have been punished by Party discipline and political discipline or whose influence period has not expired.
5. Persons who should be avoided in accordance with relevant regulations.
6. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law.
7. Persons who are not allowed to apply for the examination or are not allowed to be employed as staff of enterprises and institutions according to laws and regulations.
Third, the main treatment
Within five years after the introduction of urgently needed professionals, according to the full-time senior and honorary talents of 60,000 yuan/year, doctoral students, deputy senior technicians and provincial and ministerial honorary talents of 50,000 yuan/year, master students, technicians, municipal and departmental honorary talents of 30,000 yuan/year, talent post incentive funds will be distributed every year after on-the-job 1 year.
Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Online Registration
Registration time: 9: 00 June 202215 to 30 June 2022 18:00. After the registration deadline, the registration system will be automatically closed, and no more registration information can be submitted.

Online registration and qualification examination shall be conducted according to the following procedures:
(1) Select a position. Candidates log on to the registration website, read the announcement carefully, understand the objects, conditions, introduction procedures, main treatment, etc., and then choose positions that fully meet the registration conditions according to their own reality.
(2) Fill in the information. After the user registers (please remember the personal account number and password) and logs in according to the online prompts, the applicants should truthfully fill in the registration form (the deadline for filling in the registration form is June 30, 2022 18:00), and provide valid resident ID cards, corresponding professional qualifications, degree certificates, qualification certificates of ordinary colleges and universities (including graduation certificates and degree certificates provided by fresh graduates) that meet the post requirements. Returned overseas students who apply for the examination shall be certified by the Ministry of Education; Main performance materials during study and work. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of the above materials when registering online, and provide the originals and copies for future reference when the employer inspects them. When uploading attachments, candidates should put all scanned materials into PDF files, the file size should not exceed 6m; Candidates fill in the registration form and upload photos according to the online prompts. The photo is a recent bareheaded photo of the candidate's color certificate with a white background. The photo size is 10—30K-30K in jpg format. Qualification and photo review time is from 9:00 on June/KOOC-0/5, 2022 to July/KOOC-0/day/KOOC-0/8: 00. The applicant shall bear the consequences of not uploading qualified photos within the specified time because the photos do not meet the requirements. Candidates should be responsible for the information and materials submitted.
(2) Qualification examination
The qualification examination shall be organized and implemented by the employer itself. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of recruitment activities. If it is found that the candidate does not meet the post requirements and practices fraud in any link, his qualification for introduction will be cancelled. The employer shall review the materials submitted by the applicant according to the post conditions.
(3) Evaluation
The examination time is from July 1 day to July 15, 2022. If the qualification is qualified in the preliminary examination, the employer shall determine the time and place of assessment according to the actual situation, and flexibly adopt remote interview and on-site assessment to conduct assessment. According to the needs of the post, the employer independently determines the contents of the examination and test, evaluates the academic situation, professional level and basic literacy of the candidates, selects the candidates for probation (on-the-job internship), and reports them to the competent department or the human resources department of the county (city, district) for approval before June 15, 2022. After the deadline, the case will not be filed.
(4) Investigation and physical examination
The employer shall organize the inspection according to the requirements of the Implementation Measures of Neijiang City Civil Servant Recruitment Inspection (Trial) (My Wife [2017] No.2). Those who pass the inspection shall be organized by the employer to participate in the physical examination.
(5) Employment approval
The employer will report the inspection and physical examination to the competent department or county (city, district) to organize the human resources department to audit, and the competent department or county (city, district) will organize the human resources department to report to the municipal talent office for audit. After being submitted for approval according to the prescribed procedures, the talent office of the municipal party Committee shall handle the employment procedures for the employer.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) discipline and supervision
(a) the selection work should disclose information, process and results, and consciously accept the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision departments and all sectors of society.
(two) the selection and employment of people to implement the avoidance system. Anyone who is engaged in this recruitment work, such as husband and wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, in-laws relationship or other factors that may affect the fairness of recruitment, must withdraw.
(3) In accordance with the relevant provisions on the handling of violations of discipline and discipline in personnel examinations, applicants who violate the discipline of open selection or practice fraud are disqualified from the examination, and those who have been hired are disqualified from employment, and the relevant staff members are severely dealt with according to discipline and law.
