According to Article 8 of the State Council's Measures for Prostitution and Whoring Education, prostitution and whoring education shall be implemented by county-level public security organs.

Decided to receive education, the relevant public security organs at the county level shall fill in the decision of receiving education. A copy of the decision on admission education shall be given to the educated person himself;

And notify the family, the unit and the police station where the household registration is located within 15 days from the date of decision. Article 9: The duration of detention education is 6 months to 2 years. The date of receiving education is counted from the date of implementation.
