In 2003, the branch school of Changjiang Paper Mill was handed over from the enterprise to the local area and renamed Cuiping No.9 Middle School. In 2005, after the merger of the two schools, it was named Yibin No.10 Junior High School, which was under the management of Cuiping District Education Bureau of Yibin City.
