Xue Ji, written by China people in 403-22 BC1year, is the earliest educational monograph in the world. However, pedagogy, as an independent discipline in the educational science system, is gradually formed on the basis of summing up the practical experience of human education and developed through long-term accumulation. Ancient thinkers in China, such as Confucius, Mencius, Xunzi, Mozi, Zhu, Plato (427-347 BC), Aristotle (384-322 BC), quintilian in ancient Rome (35-96 AD), etc., summed up their experiences in long-term educational practice and laid the foundation for the emergence of educational theory. With the development of social and educational practice, educational experience, educational ideas and educational theories are increasingly rich. Generally speaking, in the17th century, the Great Teaching Theory (1632) written by Czech educator J.A. Comenius (1592- 1670) is the symbol of pedagogy. The earliest monograph named "pedagogy" was "General Pedagogy" (184 1806) written by German educator Herbart in the early 9th century.
/kloc-After the mid-9th century, the emergence of Marxism and the development of modern psychology and physiology laid the foundation of dialectical materialism philosophy and natural science for the scientific pedagogy. The rapid development of modern production, science and technology and the extensiveness and richness of educational practice have further promoted the development of pedagogy.
The independence of any discipline depends first on its specific research object, or its research object is different from other disciplines. The research object of pedagogy is the phenomena and problems of human education and the general laws of education.
