What school is uicer?
Uicer is an international college jointly established by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University ("Beijing Normal University" in Chinese and "UIC" in English). It is the first university jointly established by China Mainland and Hongkong higher education, and the first new liberal arts university in the Mainland. It is located in Zhuhai, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, a livable city in China.

With the special approval of the Ministry of Education and the strong support of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, Zhuhai Municipal Government and all walks of life, Beijing Normal University was founded in 2005 by Professor Xu Jialu, former vice chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), and Professor Wu Qinghui, the first president, and the principal responsibility system was implemented under the leadership of the school board. At present, Professor Xu Jialu is the chairman of the school board, and Professor Tang Tao, an academician of China Academy of Sciences, is the principal. Adhering to the liberal arts education concept, Hong Kong Baptist University of Beijing Normal University innovatively promotes holistic education, four-dimensional education and international school-running mode, and is committed to cultivating students in the new era who have both professional knowledge and comprehensive quality, feelings for home and country, and international vision.
