Zhengzhou News Yesterday morning, Shen Changyu, president of Zhengzhou University, reached an agreement with Ge Wishwanathan, president of India Weller University of Science and Technology, and Shashiya Moody, president of China-India Education Science and Technology Alliance. The three parties formally signed an agreement to build a Confucius Institute in India.

The main purpose of this agreement to build a Confucius Institute is to establish a "Confucius Institute" in India, aiming at spreading the language and culture of China, promoting friendly relations between China and India and deepening mutual understanding. The Confucius Institute will be located in Chennai Campus of Weiler University of Science and Technology, and Zhengzhou University and China-India Education Science and Technology Alliance will jointly assist. The college will carry out Chinese teaching and training, Chinese teacher training, Chinese proficiency test and organize cultural exchanges between China and India.
