Do not swim in the water without permission; Don't swim with others without authorization; Don't go swimming without parental supervision; Don't swim in waters without safety facilities and rescuers; Don't swim in unfamiliar waters; Don't play by the river; Don't blindly go into the water to rescue.
On-site rescue methods after drowning:
1. Quickly rescue ashore: It is best to lift the head of the drowning person from behind, or lift his chest from above, so that his face is above the water, and then drag him ashore.
2, clean up the mouth and nose blockage: let the drowning person face down, pry open his teeth, clean up the debris in the mouth and nasal cavity with your fingers.
3. Pour out the accumulated water in the respiratory tract: the rescuer kneels for a while, and leans against the abdomen of the drowning person, so that the drowning person can face down and pat his back.
4. Artificial respiration: For the drowning person whose breathing heartbeat is weak or just stopped, give artificial respiration quickly and do chest compressions at the same time.
5. Oxygen inhalation: There are medical conditions at the scene, and the drowning person can be injected with cardiotonic agent to inhale oxygen. If the conditions are insufficient, you can use your hand or acupuncture the appropriate acupoints of the drowning person.
6. Take off your coat: If the drowning person is wearing a coat, take it off as soon as possible. A wet coat will take away the body heat and cause low temperature injury.
Problems that should be paid attention to when swimming:
1, we should take care of each other and care about each other, but we should not play with each other and play tricks on each other. Go swimming together. If someone goes ashore early, tell them to go home together when they go swimming together.
2. Swimming in natural swimming places (such as rivers, ponds and reservoirs) should be led by parents, relatives or teachers. Special emphasis is placed on beginners not to swim in the wild.
3. Pay attention to rest, don't swim long distances, and don't stay away from your partner. If you feel unwell, tell your partner to go ashore and rest. Watch your companions swimming on the shore and pay attention to their safety.
4. Primary and middle school students don't swim and snorkel, and they can't compare with those who dive longer and farther. It is easy to be dangerous to do so.
