Scientific research: It has undertaken more than 30 vertical and horizontal scientific research projects, of which 10 has passed the provincial and ministerial appraisal, and won 2 first, second and third prizes for scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province, 2 second prizes for scientific and technological progress in Lanzhou City and 3 first and second prizes for scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province. Representative topics include "Study on non-proportional damping characteristics and practical engineering analysis method of laminated rubber bearing isolation structure", "Optimal design of box foundation structure considering the cooperation of soil, box foundation and superstructure", "Study on random analysis and dynamic reliability of base isolation structure" and "Study on application technology of laminated rubber bearing isolation system". He has published more than 100 papers in various academic journals and international academic conferences.
