Introduction to Central University of Finance and Economics:
Central University of Finance and Economics, directly under the Ministry of Education, faces the whole country and focuses on economic management. Among them, insurance, law, finance and financial science are national key disciplines and the earliest developed disciplines in China. At the same time, they have a high reputation and extensive disciplinary cooperation in the world. The basic task of the school is to develop the socialist market economy and cultivate senior professionals in management, teaching and scientific research needed by government finance and taxation departments, financial and insurance institutions, companies, universities and scientific research institutions.
At present, the school has five colleges, including School of Finance and Public Administration, School of Finance, School of Accounting, School of Business and School of Economics, insurance department, taxation department, investment economics department, information management department, law department, Chinese department, foreign languages department, economic mathematics department, sports economics and management department, sociology department, etc. 10 directly affiliated departments, and graduate department, continuing education college and international cultural exchange college, etc. There are 28 undergraduate majors in five disciplines, including economics and management, law, literature and science, and they have the autonomy to set up undergraduate majors in economics and management; There are 15 doctoral degree authorization points, 29 master's degree authorization points and MBA authorization points under the first-level disciplines of applied economics, theoretical economics, public administration, law, business administration, etc. It has four national key disciplines, including finance, national economics, finance and accounting, and Beijing. Adult education has various forms of running schools, such as full-time, correspondence, evening university and continuing education. Among them, academic education is divided into two levels: junior college (including second degree) and undergraduate course. There are nearly 40 correspondence stations (points) in 0/5 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The postgraduate entrance examination points in our school have also extensively carried out the training of on-the-job personnel to apply for postgraduate students with equivalent academic qualifications.

The school actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation, and has established extensive contacts with many universities and other organizations in the United States, Japan, Britain, Australia, South Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province provinces. For a long time, our school has maintained close contact and good cooperation with the School of Economic Development of the World Bank. 1983 our school has set up a cooperative training center and held more than 20 training courses. In addition, our school also has good cooperative relations with Japan Asahi Audit Company, Zurich Financial Services Group, France AXA Insurance Group, American Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and other institutions. The Beijing test center of the British Association of Actuaries, the Royal Institute of Insurance and the Australian Institute of Insurance are all in our school. Our school not only employs foreign experts as teachers of English and professional courses, but also invites dozens of foreign experts to our school for short-term lectures and cooperative research every year. At the same time, many teachers are sent abroad to give lectures, conduct cooperative research or study for further study every year. The school recruits foreign students and graduate students from Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province every year.
