Book Introduction

This textbook aims at the diversified characteristics of higher vocational students' employment and entrepreneurship, the planning and adjustment of students' future career, and how to use scientific practice methods to provide multi-faceted strategies for the adjustment of short-term goals, long-term goals or career development routes, which is applicable, targeted and operable.

This book is a textbook for the 11th Five-Year Plan of general higher education (higher vocational education). The book consists of seven chapters, including occupation and employment, employment preparation, interview, labor contract, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship practice and career planning. This book is compiled according to the Guiding Scheme of Vocational Education Planning Textbooks promulgated by the Ministry of Education, paying attention to application and pertinence, and enumerating many examples of job hunting, interview, contract signing and pre-job preparation, so as to facilitate readers to imitate practice and study.

The author of this book is a participant in the research of "Research and Experiment on Vocational Guidance and Entrepreneurship Education" of the Ministry of Education. Engaged in employment guidance and entrepreneurship education for many years, with rich practical experience.

This book can be used as a public basic course textbook for all majors in vocational colleges, and also as a reference book for vocational trainers.
