Legal basis: Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity
Article 2 The term "enterprise information" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the information formed by enterprises registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce in their production and business activities, and the information generated by government departments in the course of performing their duties that can reflect the situation of enterprises.
Article 3 The disclosure of enterprise information shall be true and timely. If the publicized enterprise information involves state secrets, national security or social public interests, it shall be reported to the secrecy administrative department or the state security organ for approval. Where the enterprise information disclosed by the relevant departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level involves business secrets or personal privacy, it shall be reported to the higher authorities for approval.
