Lichuan National Secondary Vocational and Technical School was established in June, 1999. It was formed by the merger of the former Lichuan Normal School for Nationalities, Enshi Finance School Lichuan Branch, Lichuan Vocational High School for Nationalities and the correspondence station of Lichuan Normal College. The school covers an area of 145 mu, with a building area of 53,000 square meters.
