College is a non-profit educational institution with independent legal personality officially approved by the state. It is located in Nanjing, the ancient capital of Yu Xiu, Zhong Ling, and was established in June 2004. The unveiling ceremony and the first opening ceremony of freshmen were held on September 6, 2004. Mr. Pu, the chairman of Meiya Education Investment Co., Ltd., is the legal representative and chairman of the college. Professor Liu Jinan, former president of Communication University of China, served as honorary president of the College.
