It is an honor to stand here today and speak as a master, which is the trust and affirmation of school leaders and colleagues. I believe all the teachers here feel the same way: for a dynamic young teacher, being a teacher is a kind of trust, a kind of entrustment and an honor; This is a responsibility, a pressure and an obligation. As a freshman on campus, I don't know much about the actual teaching work and have some theories. It was the master who guided me to practice teaching step by step. Every week, the teacher will guide me to the content and focus of next week's class and help me tick out the key knowledge in the book, so that my teaching direction will be more clear.
