Recruiting new students in ordinary colleges and universities refers to students who have passed the national unified examination or postgraduate entrance examination in ordinary colleges and universities and have been admitted by ordinary colleges and universities or postgraduate enrollment units (hereinafter referred to as colleges and universities), but have not been enrolled in colleges and universities because they have been drafted into the army according to law at the same time (hereinafter referred to as freshmen).
(2) Handling procedures
1. The freshmen themselves hold the college admission notice, ID card (residence booklet) and high school diploma, and go to the county conscription office (located in the Armed Forces Department of the People's Armed Forces Department of Xishui County) to receive and fill out the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification). If the freshmen are unable to go to handle it for some reason, they can entrust others to handle it on their behalf with the above-mentioned certification materials and the client's ID card.
2. The county conscription office informs the freshmen of relevant policies one by one, and assists the freshmen or clients to fill in the application form for retaining admission qualifications.
3. The county conscription office should summarize the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualifications within 5 days after the handover of recruits, affix the seal of the county conscription office, and send a copy of the enlistment notice to the college admissions department in the form of an official letter. For those who apply for the exam in the later period, the county conscription office will send the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification to the college admissions department before the enrollment of freshmen in colleges and universities.
4. Colleges and universities shall, after receiving relevant materials, conduct audit according to law, mark "Joining the Army" in the personal information of students in China Higher Education Student Information Network, and issue a notice of reservation of admission qualification. After the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification is audited and stamped with the official seal of the school, one copy will be filed in colleges and universities, and the other copy will be sent to the county conscription office together with the Notice of Retaining Admission Qualification. After receiving the above materials, the County Conscription Office will keep the Application Form for Retained Admission Qualification for the record, and send the Notice of Retained Admission Qualification to the freshmen or clients for safekeeping within 1 week.
(3) Admission after discharge from the army
1. Freshmen can go through the admission procedures in the admitted colleges and universities within 2 years after retirement or during the enrollment period of the second year, with the Notice of Retaining Admission Qualification and the Notice of Admission. Freshmen who re-register for the college entrance examination or postgraduate entrance examination are deemed to have automatically given up the original admission opportunity and no longer retain the admission qualification.
2. When the freshmen drop out of school, if the original colleges and universities are merged or revoked, the provincial education administrative department will arrange to transfer them to the same batch of colleges and universities with similar college entrance examination scores; If the original major is revoked, it will be transferred to other similar majors by the admission institution.
(4) Others
1. Freshmen who have been returned due to physical reasons during the quarantine examination of recruits can go through the admission procedures at the admission colleges with the certificate of the county recruitment office and the admission notice of colleges and universities.
2, due to physical reasons, should not continue to serve in the army, retired midway. You can retire the year you retire. If you miss the admission period of that year, you can postpone the admission to colleges and universities for 1 year.
3. If you join the army or refuse to perform military service for political reasons, you are expelled from the army or expelled from the army during your service, or you are investigated for criminal responsibility according to law, the relevant military departments shall be responsible for notifying the county conscription office, and the county conscription office shall notify the colleges and universities to cancel their admission qualifications.
