On the morning of September 4th, the unveiling ceremony of the comprehensive practical activity education base for primary and middle school students in our district was held next to Huilong Building in Guanshan Village, Qiuchang Street. Hu Siping, deputy secretary of the District Party Committee and district head, Huang Shuwen, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Deng Xiaoming, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, and relevant responsible persons of relevant units in the district attended the ceremony.

The construction of practice base is a necessary place for primary and secondary school students in the whole region to carry out off-campus practice activities. It is of great significance to further strengthen the construction of educational basic ability, promote the healthy development of minors and show the spirit of national civilized city in our region. For the opening of the base, Huang Shuwen put forward the following requirements: First, I hope that the district education department will improve the work organization and management system. Clear responsibilities, strict requirements, the practice base as a brand, as a window for the development of education and culture in our region to build. Second, I hope that the practice base will further strengthen planning and construction. It is necessary to strengthen the planning, organization and implementation of practical activities, give full play to the educational function of practical bases, and serve the educational activities of schools with high quality. Third, I hope that primary and secondary schools in the whole region will attach great importance to and actively carry out students' practical activities. All schools should pay attention to the exploration of project design, active docking and activity organization, and cultivate students' practical ability through activities to promote their all-round development.

It is understood that the base covers an area of 143 mu, with a building area of 1200 square meters and a designed reception capacity of more than 2,000 people/day. There are 14 functional rooms for pottery making, pastry making, airplane model making and scientific and technological exploration, and there are more than 300 meters of characteristic education corridors for legal education, Hakka culture and civil air defense. Barbecue field, picnic field, CS wild battlefield, three training areas, swimming training area, plateau expansion area, handicraft production area, agriculture and forestry planting area, breeding planting area, sports and leisure area and other education and teaching areas 13.
