In order to carry out the project effectively, the teaching department has given full play to the leading service function: on the one hand, it refines the scientific research plan, strengthens the process management, standardizes the project data, signs the project research agreement with the teachers involved in the project research, implements the responsibility system of the project leader, and implements the evaluation system of the project research.
