Step 2 apply for approval

The application for the establishment of a private educational institution shall be subject to the examination and approval of the administrative department of education, and the examination and approval authority shall issue a school license in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and conduct annual inspection and evaluation and regular publication. Applicants who have no funds, school buildings, teachers and other conditions for running a school, and are not suitable for running a school for profit, will not be approved.
