The base is located in the town mountain scenic area of Sihui, Guangdong Province. It was established in August 2000, covering an area of 230 mu, with a building area of 10000 square meters, including a building area of 8246 square meters, a training ground area of 15387 square meters, a green area of 107948 square meters, and a green coverage rate of 80.92%. It is a multifunctional comprehensive practical education base integrating national defense, legal system, teenagers, anti-cult, drug control and teenagers' getting close to nature, experiencing labor and learning practice.
