Four. Recruitment procedure
The recruitment of special post teachers is carried out through the procedures of announcing recruitment positions, registration, qualification examination, examination, admission, signing contracts and training.
Recruitment is divided into two stages. The recruitment examination is divided into written examination and interview. The first stage of the exam is free of written examination and only interviews; The second stage of the exam consists of a written test and an interview. The written test is organized by the province. Written examination, marking, score statistics, interview, physical examination and admission are organized by the Municipal Education Bureau.

2. Qualification examination
After the candidates pass the qualification examination, they enter the interview session.
3. Interview and physical examination
Interview time: May 7 -8, 2008. Total interview score 100. The specific interview methods shall be formulated by each city (state, prefecture).
Physical examination time: May 8 -9, 2008. According to the category of "special post plan" of the country, province, prefecture and county, the education bureaus of cities (prefectures) determine the medical examiners from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 1.3 of the number of recruits (when the number of qualified interviewers is lower than the number of recruits, all of them will enter the medical examination). The physical examination is carried out in the hospital designated by the municipal (state, prefecture) Education Bureau.
4. Admission and signature
Only those who pass the interview and physical examination can enter the admission process. The admission principle is from high score to low score according to voluntary reporting and interview results. Undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements of exemption from written examination are unsuccessful in the counties where they apply, and the municipal (prefectural) Education Bureau will make timely adjustments in the counties under its jurisdiction under the "Special Post Plan" according to their second choice. According to the adjusted job vacancies in various places, under the coordination of the province, cities (prefectures) can make cross-city (prefecture) transfers to those who meet the recruitment conditions of the national and provincial "special post plan" according to their wishes.
The successful candidate must sign an employment contract with the "special post plan" county within the time specified by the city (state, prefecture). Anyone who does not sign the contract is deemed to have given up the qualification for admission. The employment contract of fresh graduates who have not obtained the graduation certificate at the time of registration is naturally terminated.
5. Report and publish the signing list of the first-stage recruitment and admission.
The municipal (prefecture) education bureau will complete the admission and signing of the first-stage recruitment before May 12. Cross-city (state, prefecture) transfer can be extended to May 16. On May 18, the city (state, prefecture) admission signing list (including the text with official seal and Excel spreadsheet, see Appendix 3 for the style) and the number of recruitment positions in the second phase of the "Special Post Plan" of this city (state, prefecture) were reported to the Teachers' Office of the Provincial Education Department, and published on the Guizhou Education Network on May 20 after the provincial audit.
(2) The second stage of recruitment
1. Registration time: May 22nd-June 2nd, 2008.
Applicants must log on to Guizhou Education Network (www.gzsedu.cn) to download and fill in the Registration Form for Special Post Recruitment of School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education in Guizhou Province in 2008 (the subjects to be registered must be the same as or similar to their major). Then submit the completed registration form together with copies of the following materials to the county education bureau before the registration deadline (if it is sent by post office, it must be sent by express mail).

2. Preliminary qualification examination
Candidates who have passed the qualification examination of the "Special Post Plan" County Education Bureau are eligible for the examination.
After the "special post plan" county conducts qualification examination and signs opinions, it must establish an application file (after being hired, this file will enter the personal file of the "special post plan" teacher), and report the list of qualified personnel in the preliminary examination (including the text with official seal and Excel spreadsheet, see Annex 3 for the style) to the municipal (state, prefecture) education bureaus before June 5. City (prefecture) Education Bureau reported to the Normal Department of Provincial Education Department before June 10, and after June 12, the Provincial Education Department published the list of qualified personnel in the preliminary examination on Guizhou Education Online for the applicants to inquire.
3. Get the admission ticket and check the exam arrangement.
After June 12, those who pass the preliminary examination must check the specific examination arrangement on Guizhou Education Network, download and print the admission ticket. The examination arrangement shall be submitted by the municipal (prefectural) Education Bureau together with the list of qualified personnel in the preliminary examination to the Normal Department of the Provincial Department of Education.
Step 4 check
(1) written test
Written test content: the written test questions are divided into junior high school and primary school.
Junior high school subjects according to the separate proposition. The total score of each set of questions is 100, including 70 points for subject expertise and 30 points for teachers' comprehensive quality. Professional knowledge includes basic professional knowledge from high school to university, mainly university knowledge. Teachers' comprehensive quality includes the basic requirements of professional ethics training for primary and secondary school teachers, the basic knowledge of specialized pedagogy and educational psychology, and domestic current affairs and politics from August 2007 to April 2008.
Primary schools focus on liberal arts and science topics. Candidates who apply for primary school Chinese, English, morality, music, physical education, fine arts, dance and other disciplines (or majors) take liberal arts test questions; Candidates who apply for primary school mathematics, nature or science (including experiments) and information technology take science questions. The total score of each set of questions is 100, including 70 points for subject expertise and 30 points for teachers' comprehensive quality. Professional knowledge: liberal arts questions are the basic knowledge of Chinese from teachers' college to junior college, while science questions are the basic knowledge of mathematics from teachers' college to junior college, all of which are based on junior college knowledge. The content of teachers' comprehensive quality is the same as that of junior high school, but there is a little content in the basic knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology.
Written test time: 9: 00 am-11:30 on June 22nd.
Location of written test: There are 8 test sites in the province. Candidates must take the admission ticket and ID card to the seat of the municipal (state, prefecture) government (administrative office) of the first volunteer county to take the exam.
Publish the written test scores and the list of interviewers: The written test scores are summarized by the municipal (prefecture) education bureaus, and the interviewers are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruits 1: 1.5 according to the category of "special post plan" of the country, province, prefecture and county, and the subjects and written test scores are from high to low (when the number of candidates is lower than the number of recruits, all interviewers will enter the interview).
The city (prefecture) Education Bureau will submit the written test scores of all applicants and the list of interviewers (including the text with official seal and Excel spreadsheet, see Table 3 for the style) to the Normal Department of the Provincial Education Department, which will be published on the Guizhou Education Network on July 2, and candidates can make inquiries with the admission ticket number and ID number.
Applicants who have not been identified as interviewers should always pay attention to the supplementary information about interviewers on Guizhou Education Online, so as to make up the interview in time.
(2) Interview
Candidates who enter the interview scope must be interviewed at the time and place specified in the "special post plan" county. You must accept the qualification review before the interview, and you can participate in the interview only after passing the review. The second interview must provide the original materials submitted at the time of registration and hand in three recent bareheaded photos with the same background 1 inch. The interview results are divided into qualified and unqualified grades. Specific interview arrangements can be found on Guizhou Education Network.
The interview must be completed before July 9. The list of qualified interviewers should be published in a conspicuous position, and those who have not entered the interview list should be retained according to the prescribed procedures.
Step 5 have a physical examination
According to the "special post plan", the scores of counties, disciplines and written tests are from high to low, and the ratio to the number of recruits is 1: 1.3, and the participants are determined from the qualified interviewers (when the number of qualified interviewers is lower than the number of recruits, all of them will enter the physical examination). The physical examination is carried out in the hospital designated by the municipal (state, prefecture) Education Bureau. Physical examination must be completed before July 14.
6. Admission and signature
Those who pass the interview and physical examination must be admitted from high to low according to subjects and written test scores. Applicants must sign an employment contract with the "special post plan" county after admission. Anyone who fails to sign an employment contract within the specified time shall be deemed to have waived his admission qualification.
Admission and signing must be completed before July 18.
7. Report and publish the list of contracted personnel.
Municipalities (prefectures) Education Bureau shall, before July 22, summarize the audited enrollment contract personnel list (including the text with official seal and Excel spreadsheet, see Table 3 for the style) and report it to the Normal Department of the Provincial Department of Education, which will be published in Guizhou Education Network on July 24 after the provincial audit.

The personnel who have signed the employment contract should participate in the pre-job training organized by the provincial unified organization and implemented by the municipal (prefectural) Education Bureau before August 10. The specific training time is determined by the municipal (state, prefecture) Education Bureau. After passing the training, the Provincial Department of Education will issue the special post plan teacher registration card, and the admissions personnel must hold the special post plan teacher registration card to report at the specified time in the special post plan county. Those who fail to do it within the time limit are deemed to have given up automatically, and the special post planning county may investigate their related responsibilities according to the employment contract.
Relevant requirements of intransitive verbs
(1) Education bureaus of cities (prefectures) and counties (cities, districts and special zones) must ensure the completion of this year's conscription task.
