Twelfth school construction land is determined according to the proportion of construction area and floor area ratio of schools of different sizes. The plot ratio of school construction land should be less than 0.8, and the plot ratio of old school construction land should not exceed 1.2.
Thirteenth sports venues should include track and field venues, ball venues, fixed sports equipment venues, wind and rain playground.
