The Provincial Education Examinations Institute is a public institution directly under the Provincial Department of Education (a department of the provincial government and an administrative unit at the director level), and its administrative level is at the department level.

The Party Secretary and Dean of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute are generally concurrently members of the Party Group of the Provincial Education Department. The personal level is the deputy hall (bureau) level, and the deputy administrative level of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute is the deputy department level. Of course, it does not rule out that cadres with high positions will be held as deputy by leaders at the level, but the administrative level of the position itself will not change, or they will remain at the deputy level.
