The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Competitive positions

1 principal and 2 vice principals. Among them, the vice president in charge of junior high school work 1 person, and the vice president in charge of primary school work 1 person.

Second, qualifications.

(1) basic conditions

1, good moral character, decent style, taking the overall situation into account, being fair and just, and being honest in politics;

2. Have good interpersonal relationships and the ability to organize, communicate and cooperate;

3. Be able to conscientiously implement the educational principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state, and have a high level of educational theory;

4. Familiar with education and teaching, rich experience in education and teaching management, and outstanding achievements in education and teaching;

5. Having passed the annual examination in the last three years (2011-2013) or above;

6. Good health.

(2) Qualification

1, bachelor degree or above;

2. Obtain teacher qualification;

3. Those who compete for the position of principal must have the experience of a middle school principal; Competing for the vice president in charge of junior high school work shall be the middle school principal, vice president or have more than 3 years of full-time middle-level experience; Competing for the post of vice principal in charge of primary school work shall have the experience of being a primary school principal, vice principal or middle-level full-time for more than 3 years; Middle-level leaders of the Education Bureau can compete for the position of vice principal. The employment experience shall be subject to the employment documents.

Third, the method steps

(1) Making an announcement. Send a notice to the education offices of towns (streets) and schools in all districts, and send a notice on Gangcheng District People's Government Network and Gangcheng Education Information Network to announce the number of posts, qualifications, selection methods and procedures, and mobilize them.

(2) individual registration. Anyone who meets the requirements of the post and is willing to participate in the competition can fill in the Registration Form for Competing for the Principal and Vice President of Gangcheng Experimental School. Each person is limited to 1 position. After being examined and sealed by the unit, it shall be reported to the Personnel Section of the District Education Bureau.

(3) qualification examination. The District Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Organization Department of the District Party Committee, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the District Education Bureau shall review the qualifications of the applicants and summarize the registration situation.

(4) Open competitions and speeches. The candidates will give a speech, mainly introducing the advantages of individual competition and employment plan. Grading adopts the structured interview scoring method, with the total score of 100, which scores the speaker's educational concept, teaching management ability, reform and innovation consciousness, mental state, language expression, manners and other aspects. The speaking time is less than 15 minutes, and the speaking scores will be announced on the spot. 70% of the speech scores are included in the total score.

(5) Organizing inspection. According to the results of the speech, the difference between posts is determined according to the ratio of 1:3, and the difference between the principal and the vice principal is investigated. The investigation was conducted by democratic evaluation and discussion. The scope of democratic evaluation is to select all the on-the-job personnel of the principal and vice principal's unit. The democratic evaluation result is excellent 100, 80 points are qualified, 60 points are basically qualified, and 40 points are unqualified. After the weighted average score, 20% is included in the total score. The application scope of town (street) schools is: director and deputy director of the education office, and cadres at or above the middle level. The scope of candidates for discussion in schools directly under the district: cadres at or above the middle level in their units. The results of the discussion were rated as 100 good, 80 good, 60 fair and 40 poor. After the weighted average score, it is counted as 10%.

(6) publicity before appointment. According to the results of the speech and investigation, draw up the preliminary opinions of the candidates for the president and vice president. Publicity to employees for 7 days.

(7) to appoint the principal and vice-principal. Perform appointment procedures in accordance with relevant procedures.
