If there is no agreement on the training fee in the employment contract, the unit shall not charge the training fee after the employee proposes to terminate the employment contract; If there is an agreement, the training fee shall be charged according to the agreement, but it shall not exceed the actual expenditure of the training, and the service will be reduced by 20% every year after the training.

5, institutions and employees to terminate the working relationship, apply for resignation and dismissal of the relevant provisions; After the implementation of the appointment system, the relevant provisions on dismissal and resignation shall apply to the termination of employment contracts between institutions and employees.

6, after the termination of the employment contract, units and individuals should handle the personnel file transfer procedures within 3 months. The unit shall not detain the personnel files of employees without employment relationship for any reason; Individuals shall not go through the formalities of file transfer without reason.
