First, the education of ordinary people is exam-oriented. Most people in China receive nine-year compulsory education from primary school. This kind of education is based on the theory in books and is exam-oriented education. According to students' scores, it depends on students' education level, so it is more mechanized. Many students can get better grades by brushing a lot of questions, because this kind of education only focuses on grades and does not pay too much attention to other aspects of students.
Second, elite education focuses on student-centered, while elite education focuses on students' self-growth, so students are judged not only by their grades. They attach great importance to students' interests and take students as the core in class. For example, they will let students give lectures instead of teachers, let students give lectures in front of the blackboard instead of teachers, and put on a one-man show.
Third, elite education is an educational spirit, because general education hopes that students will become useful people in society and get a relatively good job when they grow up, but the purpose of elite education is to enable children to grow up and assume more social responsibilities. High-intensity study may cultivate a child with good grades, but it is not necessarily whether they can adapt to social changes after entering.
Finally, we have to say that the forms of elite education are more than ordinary education, and their education forms are not only in the classroom. For example, when some countries let children study science, they will take them outdoors to observe the growth of some insects in person, so as to gain corresponding knowledge.
