To strengthen responsibility education, we should pay attention to fostering education.

Responsibility is the externalization and ultimate restoration of the sense of responsibility. To cultivate students' sense of responsibility, we must attach importance to personal practical activities and cultivate education. Only in this way can "responsibility knowledge, responsibility emotion and responsibility intention" be transformed into objective and realistic "responsibility behavior" instead of "generality in words and dwarfing in action". It is suggested that schools and communities jointly establish a system of compulsory social service for students, requiring students to gradually complete the accumulated six-month compulsory social service through winter and summer vacations, weekends and legal holidays as one of the conditions for qualified graduates. We believe that this proposal is a concrete and operable measure to carry out responsibility quality education, an effective way to strengthen responsibility quality education, and is conducive to improving students' social responsibility quality.

The third countermeasure: strengthen the education of responsibility consciousness, and integrate schools, families and society.

Education is a systematic project. School is an important garden to cultivate a sense of responsibility. Compared with the other two environments, the main task of the school is to teach and educate people. The educational environment of the school has a clear purpose, prescribed educational content and activity plan, systematic organization and special educational conditions, which can accelerate the all-round development of individuals. However, practice has proved that it is difficult to continue the effectiveness of education only by the efforts of schools. Parents are the first teachers of the children. The formation of personal character and moral consciousness is closely related to family environment and family education. Family atmosphere and parents' attitude towards people will affect children's sense of responsibility and behavior. Therefore, to cultivate students' sense of responsibility, schools should communicate with parents well. This form of communication can be varied, such as: parents' school, parents' meeting, home visit, correspondence, e-mail, etc. The content of this exchange should be the discussion of educational methods, not just the report of transcripts. Society is the big stage of life. On this big stage, people's sense of responsibility can be displayed, evaluated and tested. The influence of society on personal responsibility is manifested in the following aspects:

First, people's moral orientation and sense of responsibility in real life will greatly affect the moral orientation and sense of responsibility of the new generation. A responsible society and an irresponsible society have completely different influences on the new generation.

Second, an individual's insistence on a sense of responsibility depends on the social evaluation of his behavior. No matter whether the outside world praises or mocks, affirms or denies the individual's responsible behavior, it will seriously affect the individual's sense of responsibility, in which the tolerance or even appreciation of irresponsible behavior by society is the denial of the sense of responsibility. The whole society, especially governments at all levels, should establish a correct value orientation in line with social reality, and create a positive, law-abiding, just and responsible social atmosphere and ethos within the whole society. A correct evaluation mechanism must let "justice triumph over evil", otherwise the school will become a meaningless moral preaching place, which will seriously weaken the prestige and strength of school education and be very unfavorable to the cultivation of middle school students' sense of responsibility.

The fourth countermeasure: strengthen the education of responsibility consciousness, strengthen the permeability of responsibility consciousness education and establish an incentive mechanism for a good campus environment. Infiltrate the education of responsibility consciousness into the teaching process of ideological and political course. The task of ideological and political course is to internalize the social science knowledge guided by Marxism into opinions and solve the problems of students' political orientation, theoretical orientation, value orientation and moral orientation. It has greater advantages than other moral education methods in implementing moral education and plays an irreplaceable role in implementing quality education with a sense of responsibility. Through classroom teaching, with knowledge as the carrier, students are provided with good theoretical education such as psychological quality education, legal awareness education, national conditions education, Marxist economics, political science and philosophy, so that students can understand and clarify the sacred mission entrusted to everyone by society, internalize it into self-experience, and enhance their sense of responsibility for themselves, others, families, collectives, countries and society. Therefore, the ideological and political course should become one of the main channels to implement quality education and shoulder the heavy responsibility of implementing quality education for students. Teachers should fully explore the contents of ideological and political textbooks and highlight the education of responsibility consciousness. Infiltrating responsibility consciousness education into the teaching process of various subjects, teaching is the basic way to carry out moral education and cultivate middle school students' responsibility consciousness. Some people used to think that cultivating students' sense of responsibility was mainly a matter for moral education teachers or political teachers. This view is wrong. Moral education and sense of responsibility education should run through the teaching of all subjects and the whole school education. For example, through the teaching of psychological education, physical health, biology and other courses, strengthen the education of loving life, maintaining dignity, cultivating self-cultivation and developing self, so as to enhance students' sense of self-responsibility. Through history, geography, nature, physics, chemistry and other courses, strengthen the education of loving the motherland and caring for nature, and enhance the sense of responsibility for society, the country and nature. Infiltrate the responsibility consciousness education into the cultural environment of the school system. Living in a secluded room is the virtue of raising nobles. Everyone has herd mentality, public opinion orientation and other people's behavior, which has a profound influence on students' behavior choice. In this sense, a good environment itself is a force to cultivate and educate people's sense of responsibility. To optimize the good environment of quality education with a sense of responsibility, it is necessary to establish a set of reward and punishment operation mechanism, a set of mechanism to protect the interests of people with a will, and a set of mechanism to restrain and punish dereliction of duty. Give affirmation and encouragement to those who are conscientious, condemn those who are dereliction of duty by public opinion, give administrative punishment, and give legal sanctions when necessary, promote the good and suppress the evil, truly form a campus environment where those who are conscientious are glorious and those who are dereliction of duty are sad, and promote the improvement of the quality of responsibility.
