A brief history of Keshan Normal University
Keshan Teachers College is a normal college in Heilongjiang Province. Its predecessor was Dedu Germination Rural Teachers College, which was founded in the spring of 1947. In order to meet the needs of working people's children to study after turning over, a semi-cultivated and semi-educated school was established in the wasteland of Dedu County, Heilongjiang Province. The school has learned and applied Mr. Tao Xingzhi's educational thoughts and learned from the experience of running schools in old areas, which has achieved positive school-running benefits and trained a large number of builders for the construction of new China. Liang Jun, the first female tractor driver in China, was trained in this school. The Party Central Committee fully affirmed the experience of this budding school, and Comrade Mao Zedong personally wrote the name of the school.

1952, the school moved to Keshan County, Qiqihar City. With the development of education, 1956 was changed into a full-time normal school, which was once closed during the Cultural Revolution, and specialized classes were enrolled in 1977. 198 1 in July, the State Council approved the establishment of teachers college. After the reform of teachers college, the school has made great progress, with students 1400 and full-time teachers 178, including professors 1 person, associate professors 19 and lecturers 88. The school covers an area of 12 hectare, with a building area of over 40,000 square meters. In September 2003, the school merged with Qiqihar University and became Keshan School District of Qiqihar University.

In September 2004, the provincial government ordered Keshan Teachers College to move to Qiqihar and changed its name to Qiqihar Teachers College. But in fact, the whole school was moved to Qiqihar, and the teachers of the school were essentially merged into Qiqihar University, and part of the teaching resources were given to Qiqihar Normal School, Qiqihar Kindergarten School and Qiqihar Institute of Education. With the help of the shell of Keshan Teachers College, the above three schools set up the newly established Qiqihar Teachers College.
