Under the requirements of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", it is believed that relevant regulations will be introduced one after another in various places to ensure "one licensed pharmacist in one store", and the market demand for licensed pharmacists will reach a new high; Moreover, at present, the registered data of licensed pharmacists in China looks huge, but the gap is very large!

4. Pharmacist clinics have appeared in many places, and the role of pharmacists has been further enhanced.
At present, "pharmacist clinics" have appeared in Beijing, Heilongjiang, Guangdong and other provinces and cities. Pharmacists' clinics in Guangdong hospitals are mainly divided into three categories: joint pharmacists and doctors' clinics, comprehensive pharmacists' clinics and specialist pharmacists' clinics.
With the permission of hospitals and departments, and the drugs directly prescribed by clinical pharmacists are mostly basic conventional drugs, or the drugs prescribed by doctors for the first time, on the basis of communication and confirmation with hospitals, doctors "agree" the prescription right to clinical pharmacists, allowing clinical pharmacists to prescribe drugs for patients, that is to say, clinical pharmacists have the "prescription right by agreement".
The emergence of pharmacists' outpatient service has made licensed pharmacists go to clinic, and the role of pharmacists has been further enhanced.
5. Electronic prescriptions flow to pharmacies and can be sold after being audited by licensed pharmacists.
Since March, the US Food and Drug Administration in Chongqing and the US Food and Drug Administration in Tianjin have successively issued policies for retail pharmacies to try out electronic prescriptions to sell prescription drugs (hereinafter referred to as the "electronic prescription pilot"). Previously, the policy was piloted sporadically in major cities across the country and Guangdong, but this year, there is a trend to accelerate the pilot.
Materials related to business operation and quality management that conform to the "Quality Management Standards for Drug Operation"; At the same time, according to the legal definition of electronic prescription given by the relevant documents of the Sichuan Provincial Health Planning Commission, electronic prescriptions first come from "hospitals with legal qualifications", and then are issued by "doctors with legal qualifications", transmitted to the terminal equipment of pharmacies through Internet information means, and can only be sold after being audited by licensed pharmacists in pharmacies. In other words, if there is no licensed pharmacist in the pharmacy, you can't sell drugs with electronic prescriptions.
6. Encourage pharmacists to go to the family doctor team.
