You can't ask this here. It depends on what the contract says. If the contract stipulates that the fee will be refunded as long as you don't enter the interview, it will be refunded to you; If it is agreed that the fee will be refunded just because the written test score can't pass others, it is not the reason for refund agreed in the agreement.
