This time, it is a good ideological baptism, soul purification and party spirit exercise to strengthen party spirit cultivation and temper ideological style education and rectification. Compared with the seven key problems that have been found and solved in this educational rectification, through serious three comments, I feel that there are still the following problems in my ideological style:
First, there is inertia in the mass concept; In the process of serving and safeguarding the organs, the service consciousness is not strong enough, and the active service, door-to-door service and sincere service are not enough. They always wait and wait, do not take the initiative to check, and are not careful enough about the hygiene and cleaning of the organs. Although the facilities in the camp have been aging for a long time and are difficult to maintain, the officers and men of the government have not educated them to live frugally.
Second, in terms of party spirit cultivation, there is looseness and the principle of fighting is not strong. I am used to being a good person and dare not be serious about principles; We don't study the orders and instructions of our superiors seriously, and we have no determination to carry them out. We are still lacking in strict police management, and we are not comprehensive and powerful enough in some trivial issues such as health cleaning and hospital management.
Third, in terms of mental state, there is a sense of fatigue; The master of policies, regulations and systems is not comprehensive, the implementation is not strict, the guidance and overall grasp of policies are not enough, and they are blindly arbitrary in their daily work and are satisfied with getting by; Although the enthusiasm is high, the details are not considered carefully and comprehensively.
Fourth, there are weaknesses in quality and ability. In the process of work, the sense of crisis is not strong. I just want to get by, not too hard and plain. Although there is no big mistake, the progress is not small; In government work, there is still room for improvement in running an office because we don't pay attention to study at ordinary times.
Fifth, there are fluctuations in work style; Lack of understanding of work, vague work; The style of work is not true, you can't get down, you can't squat, you can't help, and you can muddle along.
Sixth, in terms of pioneering and innovation, there is a lag, and planning and consideration are not advanced and scientific enough; Only considering how the problem is completed is not enough to consider some negative effects, and the holistic and timeliness thinking is not mature enough. Although there is no lack of hard work, hard work and enterprising spirit in the work, there are also some sparks of thought, but it is unsustainable to be satisfied with one thing, one policy and one thing.
Seventh, in terms of self-image, there are scattered, the requirements of self-image are not paid enough attention, the rules and regulations are not strict enough, and the behavior is not standardized; Mainly manifested in the lack of self-image.
In view of the above outstanding issues, I make the following commitments:
First, in view of the problems existing in quality and ability, we are determined to strengthen our business study, constantly improve our quality and ability, truly master our own work, do a good job in various guarantees of the head office, and successfully realize the determination of the head office.
Second, in view of the problems existing in the work style, we should strengthen the thorough work, grasp each work and task as a whole, and do it well as a whole to avoid the problems of unrealistic work style and sloppy work.
Third, in view of the problems existing in the concept of the masses, we should further strengthen the awareness of service guarantee, worry about the people's urgency and think about what the people think.
