All localities and schools should do an emergency evacuation drill every month and every quarter in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in accordance with the requirements of the Guide to Emergency Evacuation Drill for Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drill.
