There are several deputy ministers of public security in each session, which is hard to find. After a long search, I finally found them, and only one of them was Tian Qiyu. This is his resume: Tian Qiyu, born in June, 1940, from Honghu, Hubei, deputy minister and deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Public Security. He is a member of the Preparatory Committee of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the National People's Congress. 1963 graduated from physics department of central China normal university, 1965 joined China. He has successively served as deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Jianshi County, deputy head of the Propaganda Group of the Political Working Group of the County Revolutionary Committee, deputy director of the Enshi District Committee Office, director of the Policy Research Office, deputy secretary of the Enshi Municipal Committee, secretary of the State Committee of the Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in western Hubei, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, director of the Provincial Public Security Department, and member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee?
