(2) Failing to perform the duty of protecting students' personal safety when an emergency occurs in education and teaching activities;

(three) unfair treatment of students in education and teaching activities and student management evaluation, which has a significant negative impact;

(four) in the enrollment, examination, evaluation, professional title evaluation, teaching and research, practicing fraud, favoritism;

(five) corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form in an insulting or discriminatory way, causing physical and mental harm to students;

(six) sexual harassment of students or proper relationship with students;

(seven) in violation of the provisions of the students and parents to ask for or accept property, or ask students and parents to pay the fees that should be borne by the teachers themselves or their relatives;

(eight) organize or participate in business activities for students, or force students to order supplementary materials, newspapers and periodicals for profit; 12

(9) Organizing and requiring students to attend paid remedial classes inside and outside the school, or organizing and participating in paid remedial classes for students in off-campus training institutions, or recommending and introducing paid tutors for others or off-campus training institutions;

(ten) other serious violations of professional ethics should be punished accordingly.
