(2) Failing to perform the duty of protecting students' personal safety when an emergency occurs in education and teaching activities;
(three) unfair treatment of students in education and teaching activities and student management evaluation, which has a significant negative impact;
(four) in the enrollment, examination, evaluation, professional title evaluation, teaching and research, practicing fraud, favoritism;
(five) corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form in an insulting or discriminatory way, causing physical and mental harm to students;

(9) Organizing and requiring students to attend paid remedial classes inside and outside the school, or organizing and participating in paid remedial classes for students in off-campus training institutions, or recommending and introducing paid tutors for others or off-campus training institutions;
(ten) other serious violations of professional ethics should be punished accordingly.
