1. In terms of discipline construction, Shandong has chosen 145 universities such as Shandong Normal University as the first batch of key Marxist universities in Shandong Province.

2. In terms of teaching reform, Shandong has established 29 key reform projects, including curriculum system reform, teaching methods and means reform, examination and evaluation system reform, practical teaching reform and excellent traditional culture education.

3. In terms of teaching staff, Shandong Province has incorporated the construction of Marxist talent team into the Taishan Scholars Construction Project for the first time, and high-end experts have received special funding in Taishan Scholars' positions;
