First, the reward object

1. All undergraduates (including pre-transfer students in that year) enrolled in full-time ordinary colleges and universities in Jiuquan City (including seven county-level administrative regions under its jurisdiction) will be awarded full coverage.

2. The officers and men of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and Jiuquan Air Force Experimental Training Base and the children of employees admitted to full-time colleges and universities in China (including pre-transfer in that year) are given full coverage for freshmen.

3. Free normal students, military students, and free medical students who enjoy the national tuition-free policy are not included in the reward scope.

Second, the number of awards

The number of awards is finally subject to the number approved by Ningxia Yanbao Charity Foundation.

Each student will be rewarded with 4,000 yuan per year, and will be rewarded continuously for 4-5 years according to the academic system until the completion of undergraduate studies.

4. Scholarship allocation

Ningxia Yanbao Charity Foundation will contact the university where the award-winning students are located, and mail each student's Yanbao bank card to the individual according to the feedback from the university and the students themselves. After the students receive the scholarship, Ningxia Yanbao Charity Foundation will directly enter the student bank card.
