Text: As an experiencer and a server, I feel that I have my own perspective to find problems, and I hope that teachers can seriously look at and think about them. After all, this is not a personal behavior and practice, but has become a phenomenon. Problems among current college students
● The goals and ideals are too high and full, but the reality is cruel and skinny. Lack of objective, sober, systematic and comprehensive understanding of oneself, lack of self-reflection and self-criticism. Not practical, love leisure and hate work, do what the elderly can do, and enter the pension mode in advance. The goal is big and empty, there is no specific plan, no courage and action to practice. We only pay attention to whether the result is success or failure, and lose the characteristics of this age.
● Serious separation between learning and application. Learning things is to solve problems and create value. Learning is not a waste. I don't mean to set up a practical course or an experimental course to pick it out, but to introduce the specific uses and development prospects of some knowledge points slightly or subconsciously in the teacher's usual lectures, tell us how to use them and where to use them, so that we can believe and realize that these things are useful. Only by showing us the value and usefulness will we be happy and willing to learn. What this society needs in the end is not a student who can do problems and get high marks, but a creative, thoughtful, pragmatic, rational, brave, optimistic and noble talent. He is definitely not a nerd who only knows mechanical repetition, scripted and inflexible. All the honors in the school, when a person walks out of the campus, become insignificant. It's not a waste to remember his university at most. But if we take these things too seriously and can't let them go, they may become obstacles in our lives.
● The goal of postgraduate entrance examination and further study is unclear and not firm. Like to follow the trend, like to watch what others do and then follow the crowd, lack or do not have their own values, goals and needs, do not know what they want, blindly follow, lack of confidence.
● The social environment and the environment created by universities are not healthy enough. The general environment urges college students to have self-doubt and self-denial, and some students who are not confident enough, mature enough and unable to have a sound judgment mechanism believe it, which in turn affects the students around them. .....
● The game is popular, the mind is lacking, the spirit is extremely empty, and there is no enterprising spirit. The "wolf" who ate meat in high school has now been domesticated into a "sheep" that needs to be raised or even forced to feed. Teachers and schools failed to discover and understand students' ideological status in time, lacked "effective" communication and failed to help students solve these problems in time. They are gradually changed by the environment, become impetuous and unpractical, and lack the ability and consciousness to reflect and find problems. Moreover, at present, few people in China call to wake up this group of people, and well-known experts and scholars are stating and magnifying the problem itself. ● I don't know what I should do, what I need to do, I haven't found my own positioning yet, and there are serious mistakes in positioning. Few people know how to be grateful (grateful to society, grateful to school, grateful to classmates, grateful to parents), and few people know how to respect (not respecting others, not respecting themselves, not taking themselves seriously). The motivation of learning is wrong (I don't know for whom I study, what I can do after learning these things, why I study, and to what extent). I think the correct attitude is to improve my life and lay a good foundation for my future, not for the expectation of my parents, the envious eyes of my classmates or the scholarship. The college students of our time are not as good as we think, but they are not as bad as others say. We are still making progress and growing. Otherwise, we can only be pitied and never get the respect we deserve. We don't learn to gain happiness from a thing itself, but we always stare at the result without seeing or thinking about the gain from the experience.
● The school lacks psychological education for college students, and the shaping of outlook on life, values and world outlook. Although some classes have been held, they are far from enough, and neither students nor teachers pay attention to them. I want to ask, how much does it matter if a person who is immature, psychologically unhealthy, lacks self-confidence and doesn't know how to get along with others has studied more, got good grades and has the ability to take exams? People are social animals, and they always have to face the society, others, leaders and colleagues. It is difficult for people with low social eq to survive well. People with high IQ and low EQ are only suitable for studying things that have no feelings for a lifetime (but such people rarely make hateful achievements, because the ultimate problem of science is philosophy, great scientists must be philosophers, and philosophers are monsters with high EQ in the Chart).
● Students don't know the major deeply enough. In a state of little knowledge, the teacher said very little, very big, very vague and not specific. Students can only get the information they want from seniors, family members and online media (psychology shows that people in China, especially We, instinctively filter out the good information, but remember the bad information very clearly. We are a nation that likes to criticize, and we like to magnify problems. This seems to be a bad root of the nation, and I don't know why, but I can clearly feel it.
● With regard to many activities carried out by student unions and societies, teachers did not take it seriously, and students did not take it seriously. Didn't realize their value and significance. Some activities are superficial and formal, and the organizers and participants have problems with their mentality. They have never seriously considered what they should do, and they are always forced or even resisted by others (basically no one has considered what they are resisting, right or wrong, and few people have told us what is right and wrong). Many times, it is not that activities have no value and significance, but that everyone can't find them, and no one can guide and express them, so everyone naturally feels that no gains are a waste of time. Schools pay more attention to results and quantity, and lack the ability to think about what students want, need, like and benefit from the students' point of view.
● College students lack a comprehensive understanding of society, and have resistance and fear towards society. Because of the unknown, because of uncertainty, everyone thinks that the school is better, and there won't be so many hidden rules. As long as you work hard and study hard, you will be recognized. Because of the unknown, because of fear, because no one forced us, everyone became an ostrich and began to escape, deceive themselves and comfort themselves. As a result, everyone is providing for the elderly in advance, living a utopian life, unwilling to leave school, preferring to stay in the "sheepfold" and be a better sheep in the sheepfold, but still a sheep.
College students are too utilitarian, and they are defiled and poisoned by pedantic, immature and unorthodox business ideas in other societies. Be eager for quick success, eager for success, lack of patience and persistence. Morality and sense of mission are seriously lacking, and they dare not take responsibility and have no sense of historical responsibility and mission. Leave the future of China to a group of people who are unwilling to take responsibility and have no sense of responsibility. Is there a good future for China?
● Lack of learning and thinking about local culture. At present, China has been emphasizing the promotion of its own culture, but most of its actions are slogans, and few people have settled down to think about how to promote it, how to educate us and what to educate us with. Basically, we learn foreign theories, look at the research results of foreigners, like Korean trends, and spend a lot of time learning American culture and language.
