Evaluation system. Case Test is a personal English proficiency assessment system developed by OBUNSHA, a web publishing house, and ETS, an educational examination service center. This evaluation system is based on IRT project response theory, in the form of CAT computer adaptability evaluation test, and combines the characteristics of both the system and candidates to accurately evaluate each candidate's English level in a short time.
