Generally speaking, colleges and universities will provide candidates with two registration methods, namely, "on-site paper registration form filling" and "online registration". After personal confirmation, this information will enter the student file together with the grades, and will be used as the basic information to declare the student registration to the Ministry of Education. The provider shall be solely responsible for all consequences caused by providing unqualified graduation certificates and other registration materials at the time of registration. Students who participate in online registration can consult the issuing school or the competent education department if they are not sure whether their certificates belong to the national education series.
3. After successful registration and admission, candidates pay fees and register in the learning center, and then purchase teaching materials. After completing the course selection, they will get an account and login password, and then they can start online education and learning.
