Keywords: student management; Emotional education; Mode; principle

Emotion is people's inner experience of whether objective things meet subjective needs, and it is also a reflection of the relationship between objective things and people's needs, including positive emotions and negative emotions. Teenagers are basically mature physically, but their psychological growth still needs emotional guidance. In student management, we should affirm students' positive emotions, eliminate negative emotions, arouse students' inner world resonance through effective emotional education, promote the formation and development of students' independent personality, and lay an emotional foundation for class management.

First, the impact of emotional education in student management analysis

Emotional education is an important means to harmonize the relationship between teachers and students, cultivate and improve students' personality and improve the management effect of students. The more harmonious the relationship between teachers and students, the more students can support class activities, and the more easily the educational content is accepted by students. By establishing a good emotional bridge, teachers and students can maintain a relationship of mutual respect and understanding. On the contrary, teachers and students are emotionally alienated and psychologically alienated, and the educational effect is poor. In the daily student management, student managers' feelings for students can be roughly divided into three types: one is enthusiasm, carefulness and patience. Usually, I am full of love and enthusiasm for students in my student work, and I can subtly and keenly detect the subtle changes of students' emotions and patiently guide them; The second is indifference, passivity and indifference. Usually pay attention to students' external performance, achievements and honors, ignore students' inner world, lack psychological communication and be indifferent to the relationship between teachers and students; The third is to suppress, despise and let go. Usually bored with student management, emotional and rude criticism. Among the three types of emotions, the first one can play a good role in emotional education, and teachers can become good teachers and friends of students in student management. The latter two neglect students' emotional development, which will inadvertently cause different degrees of psychological harm to students, which is not conducive to class management and the shaping of students' beautiful hearts.

Second, analyze the ways to implement emotional education in the process of student management

1. Improve the emotional education quality and ability of student managers. Educating, influencing and guiding students' emotions is a complex and long-term systematic work, which requires educators to have various educational skills and communication skills, and more importantly, educators need to have four emotional education abilities of "love, intimacy, patience and heartbreak". The education of students is the education of love, which requires educators to love their own education and treat the object of education as a growing living person. Recognize that the emotional world of adolescent students is pure, warm, immature and fragile, which needs the careful care of teachers.

2. Establish a new democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students. Modern educational concept strongly advocates student-oriented and promotes students' all-round development. In student management, we should also fully embody the student-oriented educational concept, fully respect, attach importance to and guide each student's emotions, handle each student's affairs equally, fairly and democratically, and actively create a positive atmosphere of democracy, equality and freedom in class management. Traditional student management places more emphasis on unilateral administration and ignores the independence and consciousness of individual students. On the basis of respecting students, we should change from unilateral administrative management to "conscious and independent management" so that students can consciously accept this kind of respectful management emotionally.

3. Do a good job in students' emotional education at different levels. In class management, we should be good at classifying students in the class and do emotional education in a hierarchical and targeted manner. First, the emotional education of top students should focus on stabilizing and improving the rate of top students. Excellent students are the model and banner of the class, so we should adopt the method of stabilizing emotions, expand the face of excellent students and create an enterprising atmosphere. Top students are characterized by self-confidence, and they should be reminded of their all-round development through hints, hints and innuendos. Second, the emotional education of middle school students should focus on encouraging greater achievements. Middle school students generally account for 70% of the class. They are less than the upper class and more than the lower class, so it is advisable to stabilize their emotions, encourage their progress and prevent them from falling behind. We should give priority to praise, touch the hearts, stimulate the potential and encourage them to go up a storey still higher. Third, the emotional education of underachievers should be transformed. Underachievers are either depressed, demoralized and talkative, or they are particularly disruptive and have a strong sense of inferiority. In educational talks, we should protect their fragile self-esteem and patiently do a good job of transformation.

Third, the implementation of the principles of emotional education in the process of student management

1. The principle of combining respect with guidance. Respect is the concrete expression of love and the premise of establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Respect for students should be principled respect, not arbitrary indulgence, and students' negative emotions and incorrect behaviors should be guided. While respecting their individuality, we should prevent some students from having negative emotions such as selfishness, vanity and pride. We should guide them to self-examine, accept the criticism and opinions of others, maintain a normal and good attitude, and learn to respect others while respecting themselves.

2. The principle of combining trust with cultivation. Trust plays a very important role in emotional factors. It requires both teachers and students to be honest with each other, and also requires teachers to fully affirm students' abilities. In the process of education, there must be two extreme phenomena: blindly trusting excellent students, blindly rejecting and suspecting underachievers. In the process of emotional education, only by combining trust with cultivation can we really play the role of trust and win the trust of students.

3. The principle of combining care with strict education. Teachers care and cherish students' study, mental health and life, which makes students feel warm and produces a strong sense of closeness and trust. Caring for students does not mean relaxing requirements, doting, favoritism and arrangement. While caring for them, we should standardize their behavior with strict standards and urge them to make progress with strict requirements.

4. The principle of combining understanding with criticism. In the new social environment, the emotional education of young students can not solve the problem simply by preaching. We often need to have a deeper emotional exchange and exploration of students' inner world, open their hearts and help them study and live happily. We should learn to understand the complicated social environment and family environment in which students live, and communicate effectively with students with an understanding attitude and well-intentioned criticism.
