Normal orientation refers to recruiting students from high school graduates on a voluntary basis. After completing the required training in normal colleges, the directional normal students will be enriched to the predetermined rural teacher post, and after graduation, they will be guaranteed to teach in the directional counties and cities according to the directional agreement.

Normal students refer to students and graduates majoring in normal education in colleges and universities. Their major belongs to pedagogy, and their future employment goal is to engage in teaching in schools or educational institutions at all levels, which is the preparation for future teachers.

The training object should be high school graduates from targeted counties and cities, who voluntarily go to ethnic areas to engage in education, fill in the training school volunteers, and ensure that they will teach in targeted counties and cities according to the targeted agreement after graduation. At the same time, the unified entrance examination results of ordinary colleges and universities in China meet the requirements of directional enrollment in our province.

Training objects pay normal fees according to the charging standards of colleges and universities, and enjoy the same treatment as enrollment in the national task plan of the school. The training object must fulfill the provisions of the agreement and return to work in middle schools in counties and cities for more than 6 years after graduation.
