Class teacher experience exchange materials

Today, I feel very honored to exchange my work experience with you here. Looking back on more than ten years of education and teaching experience, I feel that there is no experience to talk about and no great achievements. To talk about my experience is a conscientious working attitude. I usually only emphasize my interest in learning, thinking that with interest, I have everything. Is to give you knowledge, give you happiness, give you happiness.

My experience can be summed up in one word: confidence. For example, my grades in every class are average, but I don't think this is because I don't teach well, nor do I think it is because students don't study hard. I think it was an accident. Every time I finish the exam, I will tell the truth to the students and not get angry. It is useless and meaningless to be angry at this time. And every time I repeat a sentence, it is: I am good, you are good, and all of us are no worse than others. Although we didn't do well this time, we should be able to do well next time. Facts have also proved this point.

Of course, what I mean by self-confidence is a flower that grows in hard soil and is watered with sweat. Self-confidence that has not been soaked in sweat is arrogance.

Modern enterprises have corporate culture, schools have school culture, and classes must of course have class culture.

My class management philosophy: work with enthusiasm, communicate with sincerity, teach students with knowledge, and cultivate pillars with character.

My class management policy: fairness and democracy.

My class management strategy:

First, cultivate the habit of active learning;

Second, establish a happy learning mentality;

Third, create a relaxed learning environment;

Fourth, discover the fun of happy learning.

My class management method:

First, attract students with personal strength.

1. Have a good lesson. I pursue content coherence and strong logic. Don't prevaricate when you encounter problems that you can't, and admit that you can't.

2. Self-confidence, optimism and progress. This is my greatest feature. I say this to myself and to my students. I want to use my confidence to build students' confidence.

3. Take teaching as fun and learning as fun. The first thing students should do is to convince people. I let students take the initiative to learn and regard learning as fun, so I naturally regard teaching as fun and learning as fun. I am a person who loves learning. I often tell my new ideas to students and enjoy studying together.

4. Make innovations every day. Make the best use of the environment and other aspects in class every day to make the speech or lecture innovative and let students learn in a relaxed and happy way.

5. Understand more, encourage more and criticize less. They have their own ideas. They don't need us to preach too much. What they need most is our understanding. When he has realized his mistake, stop criticizing, otherwise, it will only be counterproductive.

6. The speech is incisive, not wordy and poetic. I didn't like the class teacher's verbosity when I was at school, so I try not to be verbose now, but I still often say something, but students won't get bored because I don't repeat it. My language is concise and poetic.

I'm never late for class except in special circumstances. I was at the door of the classroom before the bell rang. Never do anything unrelated to teaching in class. I finish class as soon as the bell stops, and I never miss class. Never do homework during recess. Dragging classes and doing homework between classes is my most disgusting thing, and it is also the most disgusting thing for students. Poor homework, noisy outside, students going to the toilet without rest, also affect the next class. It is really unacceptable.

Second, unite students with cultural and sports activities.

If you hold an activity that all students can participate in, no matter what it is, it will be a great success. For example, singing competitions and sports meetings held by the school, class football matches, "three jumps", long-distance running and other activities, I ask all the students in the class to go out, participate and come on. The class teacher should fully advocate, which is an excellent opportunity to form a harmonious environment, produce centripetal force and cohesion, and cultivate a sense of collective honor. If the head teacher still only emphasizes learning and does not advocate participating in these activities, it means that he is undermining the unity of the class and weakening the cohesion of the class. My class used to be brilliant in sports. I personally won many honors, and my class also won many honors.

Third, treat students fairly, democratically and equally.

Everyone knows to talk about fairness and democracy, but certainly no one can do it. I think what I did was the best. I generally don't talk to students, let alone make up lessons for them, and I don't take students' papers or transcripts as guidance. Because I can't give such guidance to every student, I don't give any guidance. This is for fairness. Although some problems of students cannot be solved in time, they will not be rebellious and jealous. Besides, I have my own things to do and have no time; I also want to rest and go home. So I don't work overtime at noon and afternoon. I left in the afternoon, which was common last year. That's because the third-grade students can't finish their homework in class. I'm waiting.

Fourth, guide students with learning rhythm.

Learning is rhythmic. Don't force students to study when it is time to play, otherwise it will only be counterproductive. I usually hold on tight and try my best to attend classes. Generally speaking, I finish the exam a few days before the exam. Review well, do not engage in sea tactics, and will not assign a lot of homework. In most cases, my grades are average. In short, in order to manage the class well, in the final analysis, I think there are two points:

1, love class.

2. Let the class embark on the road of sustainable development.

The way to "love classes" is: don't regard work as a job, but as a career.

Let the class embark on the road of sustainable development, is to be an educator, not a teacher.

Mr. Ye Shengtao, a contemporary educator, said: "Teaching by example is precious, and knowing and doing are inseparable." Educational psychology also tells us that young students like to imitate, which is their common psychological phenomenon. They often respect teachers who set an example, and don't like teachers who preach blindly and are simple and rude. In particular, the words and deeds of the class teacher are influencing the students intentionally or unintentionally. Students should not only listen to their words, but also observe their actions. Teachers' role models can often play a greater role than words and deeds. Therefore, teachers always set an example for students with their words and deeds, ideological style and attitude towards others, and cultivate students' good moral quality. I must do what I ask my students to do, and I will do what I promised my students. Always be a role model for students everywhere. The striking word on the teaching building of Hutai Primary School is "Take teachers as examples everywhere, and attach importance to education everywhere", which is also my motto.

Education has three aspects, namely, school, society and family, in which school is the main position. It is particularly important to do a good job in the contact between school and family, and this important task undoubtedly belongs to the class teacher. At the same time, some parents often entrust the responsibility of his education to the class teacher indirectly. Invisible, the head teacher plays a role as a bridge and link in family education and school education. For example, if students' grades drop, parents should find a class teacher; When students don't return from school and don't know where to go, parents go out to find the class teacher; When students' personal interests conflict with the rules and regulations of the school, it is the class teacher who comes forward to coordinate; When the students in their class have problems, the school leaders are looking for the class teacher again; The class teacher also needs to know the family situation of the students through their parents.

In a word, I think the premise of doing a good job as a class teacher is to have a high sense of responsibility, self-motivation and mission, to have a broad mind, to adopt scientific methods, to be more respectful, tolerant and understanding, to be kind and appreciate every student, and to believe that the future glory of students lies in our selfless dedication and care.

These are some of the most impressive experiences since I worked as a class teacher. I will share it with you today. I'm not very good at talking. Please give me your advice. In fact, this is the work that all responsible class teachers have done. thank you
