According to the emergency deployment of the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters of the municipal party committee, on July 29th, our bureau issued the "Emergency Notice on Effectively Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Current Schools", and made specific arrangements for related work. According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control, we are further notified as follows:

First, strengthen the leadership of the epidemic prevention and control work.

Schools all over the country should attach great importance to it, be on high alert, mobilize urgently and take immediate action, and take epidemic prevention and control as the top priority at present. Insist that the top leaders personally take overall responsibility and implement a 24-hour duty system to ensure the normal operation of the epidemic prevention and control leadership system, emergency mechanism and command system.

Two, strictly implement the normalized epidemic prevention and control measures.

Resolutely overcome paralysis and luck, and strengthen the prevention and control measures of epidemic situation in summer schools. Strictly implement the "closed" management of summer campus, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the campus. All people who enter the campus must take their temperature, check their health codes and get vaccinated. Foreigners must register with their real names. Contact faculty, students or parents of students through various ways and means such as class WeChat group, QQ group and campus WeChat official account, inform the current epidemic situation, urge teachers and students to take personal protective measures, minimize going out and gathering, and wear masks when going to crowded places and taking public transportation.

Third, strictly control all kinds of assembly activities

First of all, the schools in this city immediately suspended their opening to the outside world. School stadiums, libraries, etc. It will be closed to the outside world immediately, and all schools should make an announcement on the school website, school gate and community.

The second is to completely stop the offline training activities of off-campus training institutions. From now on, all off-campus training institutions in the city will suspend offline training, and all training institutions are not allowed to carry out offline training activities without receiving new notice.

The third is to stop holding large-scale activities and competitions. Education authorities at all levels, schools and kindergartens shall not hold gathering activities in the near future in principle. If it is really necessary to hold it, the organizer shall, in accordance with the principle of "whoever holds it is responsible", formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency plans, and report them to the local county-level epidemic prevention and control headquarters for control. From now on, schools will suspend their participation in all kinds of competitions, and cancel immediately if there are plans. Personnel who are participating in various competitions in other places should strictly implement local epidemic prevention and control measures.

The fourth is to stop all kinds of research and practice activities. From now on, all kinds of research practice activities at all levels and all kinds of summer camp activities that have been approved or reserved successfully will be suspended, and new research practice activities will not be approved for the time being after the epidemic situation stabilizes. Four, accelerate the construction of vaccination education system in COVID-19.

Popularizing vaccination in COVID-19 is an important political task at present.
