The first phase of investment is 500 million yuan, covering an area of about 402 mu, involving 370 mu of land within the jurisdiction of Dezhou Canal Economic Development Zone, 32 mu of land within the jurisdiction of Lingcheng District, with a construction area of 6,543,800+5,000 square meters.
